⏰What if I am late or cannot come?

The restaurant holds your order for a time it sets (60 minutes by default) after your arrival time.

If you do not arrive within it, the order is marked "not picked up" and is not refunded, because the food was already prepared — as you accept before paying.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment on your future orders at the same restaurant.
