🏅What is Menova Rank and how do I level up?

Menova Rank is a free membership tied to your phone number, with 7 ranks: Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master. Your rank follows you to every Menova restaurant.

Each rank has 3–4 simple missions: complete orders, try different restaurants, rate, invite a friend. Finish them all and you level up instantly, with a notification.

Only completed orders of AED 15 or more count, up to 3 a day, all within the last 12 months. If your activity drops you have 30 days to keep your rank before it drops a level.

Participating restaurants give perks for each rank (a discount or a gift), applied automatically to your order when you’re signed in. See them on "My rank".
