📜How do I get the Academy certificate, and what is the “Menova Certified” badge?

In the online cohort you need three things: finish every core lesson, pass the final assessment, and have at least 5 of 9 automatic activation checks pass on your restaurant’s dashboard (short code, tables, Menu coach, pickup, an offer, the ring, a win-back campaign, a reply to a rating or complaint, and rank perks).

The final is 30 questions drawn from a bank of 60, in 25 minutes. Pass from 70%, Merit from 80%, Distinction from 90%, with three attempts.

The certificate is a “Certificate of Completion — Menova Academy (product & growth training)”, bilingual on A4, with a QR code that opens a public verification page. It is not an academic qualification or a professional accreditation.

A restaurant whose owner or manager holds a valid certificate and that has an active paid plan shows the “Menova Certified” badge for 12 months, renewed through a short refresher. The badge does not boost your directory ranking.
