🎓What is Menova Academy, and how do I join the Growth Program?

The “Menova Growth Program” is a 14-day online cohort for restaurant managers and owners: short 3–7 minute lessons, each one idea from marketing and behavioural science, ending with an action on your own dashboard — menu, direct ordering, offers, loyalty, reputation, the seals protocol and a 90-day plan.

Lessons open gradually during the cohort, with two live calls with your trainer (one hour each, usually on day 3 and day 10). “Deep dive” lessons are optional for when you want more.

Book from your dashboard → Academy, or at any Menova branch. The price and any free seats included with your subscription are shown before you confirm.

Prefer in person? Some Menova branches run the program as a one-day session in the branch (up to 20 seats), and the same content stays available to you online.

About 30 days after the cohort starts you receive a report comparing your restaurant’s weekly orders before and after the start.
