🚚How do I run delivery — even without my own riders?

Delivery is optional: Dashboard → "Delivery" to turn it on, or leave it off and run on dine-in and pickup only.

Pick who delivers: your riders (rider app) or "external courier by link": send the order link to any courier or delivery company on WhatsApp; they open it without an account, get the address and navigation, share their location with the customer and deliver with the customer’s code.

Pricing: flat, zones, or by distance (smart): a base fee for the first kilometres then per km, with a max distance — calculated from the customer’s location with an ETA.

Auto-dispatch gives each order to the least busy, nearest rider, and delivery codes protect you from “never received” claims.
