🗺️How does my restaurant appear in the directory and "Near me" results?

Your restaurant appears on the "Restaurants" page and in the Menova app once its map location is set (required) and it has visible items. You can turn this off in Settings → Contact → "Show my restaurant in the Menova directory".

Set your location: tap the map on the same page, use "Use my current location" while at the restaurant, or paste a Google Maps link and we read the coordinates on save.

Choose your city, area and price level, and set your cuisine in General settings — customers search by them. Your item names are searchable too, so write them clearly in Arabic and English.

Badges follow your settings: "Pickup available now" when your orders screen is online and not busy, "Azeema" when gifts are on, and "Booking"/"Delivery" when enabled.

"Best match" ranking uses: open now, distance to the customer, published reviews and order volume. Replying to reviews and keeping hours accurate improves your placement.

Your dashboard home shows how many visits came from the directory in the last 30 days.
