🔐What is the manager PIN and why do I need it?

A 4–8 digit code the owner sets in Settings.

Staff are asked for it to cancel an order after confirmation or to un-mark a cash order as paid.

So no employee can cancel a cash-paid order and keep the money. Every action is logged with the employee and time in the activity log.
