💳When is money refunded automatically, and what if it fails?

Automatic refunds happen when: you do not accept a paid order within the acceptance window (you get a reminder after 2 minutes), you cancel it, the customer cancels before preparation, or a gift expires uncollected.

If the gateway rejects a refund, the order shows "Manual refund needed" and you get a WhatsApp alert to refund it from your gateway dashboard.
