⚙️How do I enable order-ahead and Azeema, step by step?

1) Settings → Payments: add your Stripe, Tap or Ziina key and enable online payments.

2) Settings → Ordering: enable the "Pickup" order type.

3) Settings → Order-ahead, tables & Azeema: set hold time, capacity and acceptance window, and set a manager PIN.

4) Accept the Restaurant Agreement and switch on "Accept gifts".

5) In the menu manager mark items that are "prepared on arrival" and items available as gifts.

6) Keep the orders or kitchen screen open during opening hours.
