🙋Why does the waiter confirm table orders?

An unpaid table order appears under "Waiting for waiter confirmation" and reaches the kitchen only after the waiter confirms the guest is really seated.

This blocks fake orders from a photographed QR code or someone ordering for another table.

Unconfirmed orders are cancelled automatically after 15 minutes (adjustable).

You can require "phone ordering only after the waiter opens the table"; the waiter opens it when guests sit and closes it after the bill.
